Your EA can do more. You just have to ask differently.
Three people worth knowing and the delegation shift that matters right now.
Welcome back.
Last month we introduced The Shortlist by ATO. This month we're getting into one of the questions we hear most from clients: how do I actually get my EA using AI well?
Plus three more people on our bench we'd love to put in front of you.
Delegation Tip: Stop delegating tasks. Start delegating processes.
Prompting is the baseline now. Every EA we place is trained on it before they ever meet a client.
The real value comes from something harder to teach: seeing a process and improving it.
A great AI-enabled EA doesn't just complete the task. They look at recurring work and ask: Where can AI remove friction? What's taking longer than it should? What can be automated, templated, or simplified?
Think about the things that happen every week:
A report that takes 90 minutes to compile
An onboarding process that lives in someone's head
A client update that's rewritten from scratch every time
These aren't task problems. They're process problems.
The shift for you as the executive is simple: don't hand your EA a task. Hand them a workflow and ask them to improve it.
That's when the real contribution starts.
You're not delegating the doing. You're delegating the improvement.
Try it this week. Pick one recurring process: a weekly report, a standing meeting agenda, a client update. Tell your EA: "Take this process and use AI to find me 20 minutes back. Come back with what you changed and why."
Then see what they come back with.
And if you don't have an EA yet, that's exactly what we train for. By the time we make a match, they're not just waiting for instructions. They're already looking for better systems.
Three EAs available right now
Every assistant on our bench has completed our full vetting process and is measured against our Contributor Growth Curve. The benchmark is Level 4: autonomous, proactive, and driving value without being asked.
![]() Best fit for: founders who need a systems-oriented EA who can run ops and isn't afraid of the tools. | SamieFive years supporting U.S. founders and C-suite. Managed four calendars and two inboxes for one CEO, ran Salesforce as the internal lead after a 40,000-record cleanup, and coordinated networking dinners that landed a $250K project. The kind of person who sees a messy system and quietly fixes it before you notice it was broken. |
JamesFive years across eCommerce, SaaS, and digital marketing clients in the U.S. and Australia. Built funnels that brought in $4K in a client's first month, created a custom project management portal inside GoHighLevel, and runs Zapier, Make, and ChatGPT Pro as part of his daily workflow not as a flex, but because that's just how he works now. | ![]() Best fit for: executives who want an EA with real automation depth and marketing execution chops. |
![]() Best fit for: founders or small executive teams who need strong ops, payroll, recruitment support, and a steady hand on the day-to-day. | TrixyThree years as a CEO-level EA across tech and staffing firms in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Ran end-to-end payroll, handled full-cycle recruitment backend, and currently builds data visualizations from USDA market data for a client's monthly newsletter. Give her a messy ops process and she'll come back with a template, a tracker, and a shorter version of it. |
If any of these three are a fit, or someone in your network needs to hear about them, grab time with us below. We'll walk through the full profiles and talk through whether the match makes sense.
That's June.
See you in July,
The ATO Team
